Introducing Super Pages: Video Page campaigns at scale
Say goodbye to building video pages one at a time. We are thrilled to introduce Super Pages, a brand-new way for Coaches to create a single Video Page template and instantly distribute it across their entire team. Every Player automatically gets their own personalized Video Page: complete with a script, branding, and a call-to-action.
The best part? Super Pages are included in your platform at absolutely no extra cost.
For Coaches: Total Control, Maximum Scale
Create your Super Page once, and let the platform do the heavy lifting to scale your video strategy. To manage your Super Pages, go to Library → Video Pages
- Build & Configure: Start from scratch or convert an existing Video Page. Set up your page title, theme, default video, call-to-action (CTA), and an optional teleprompter script.
This sketch cannot currently be displayed in exports
- Lock in Your Brand: Maintain brand consistency by locking specific fields (Title, Theme, CTA) so Players cannot override them.
- Automate Targeting: Use eligibility rules to define exactly who receives the assignment. The roster updates automatically as Players join, leave, or change segments.
- Track & Nudge: Manage your roster, view per-Player analytics (views, clicks, and completion status), and send email or push notification reminders to Players who haven't finished.
From the Roster tab, you can:
- View all eligible Players and their assignment status
- Request Players to customize their page
- Send reminders (email + mobile push) to Players who haven’t completed
- Cancel requests when needed
- Preview any Player’s public page before or after completion
- Copy personalized share links
- Track performance:
- Super-Page-level view and click totals
- Per-Player analytics in the roster (views, clicks, completion status)
- Sort and filter the roster by status, name, and engagement
For Players: Easy Steps to Record their Video
When a Coach assigns a Super Page, Players are notified right away via email, push notifications, and their dashboard.
- On the Website: From their Dashboard, they'll have a reminder for how many video page assignments they have pending. They can also view them all by going to the Library tab, then clicking on Video Pages
- On the Mobile app: They'll see their video page assignments both on the dashboard, and in their Library.
Players can complete an assignment three ways:
Record a Video: Use the built-in teleprompter to confidently read the Coach's script.
Upload a Video: Bring own pre-recorded video
Use the Default: Accept the Coach's pre-recorded video as-is to get a page published instantly.
Locked fields (title, theme, CTA) are not editable by the player if they are locked on the Super Page. Once complete, the personalized Video Page is ready to share.
Notifications: Players will receive email and push notifications when a Coach requests a page or sends a reminder.
Keep Track with Simple Statuses
Wondering where your team stands? The roster gives Coaches a quick snapshot of everyone's progress using a few easy-to-understand assignment statuses:
- Available: The Player matches your eligibility rules and is on the roster, but you haven't asked them to take action just yet.
- Requested: It's go time! You've formally asked the Player to complete their page, which triggers an email and push notification. (Pro tip: If they open the assignment, you'll even see a "Viewed" timestamp in the roster so you know they are paying attention!)
- Completed: Success! The Player has finished their assignment, and their very own published Video Page is now live and linked to the Super Page.
Seamless CRM Email Campaigns
Managing links is a breeze because every Super Page uses a single share URL for your entire team.
Using the SocialCoach Chrome Extension , Coaches can browse active Super Pages and quickly copy a code snippet. This snippet dynamically inserts the correct video thumbnail for each email sent on behalf of your Players—making it a perfect fit for platforms like Total Expert Journey:
